You have the complete right to request the permanent deletion of your Idle Reaper account, personal information, and all associated gameplay data at any time. We provide two easy methods to request deletion: directly within the game application, or via a web request if you have uninstalled the app.

1 Method 1: Instant In-App Deletion (Recommended)

If you have the Idle Reaper client installed on your device or access to the web client, you can initiate an immediate, automated account wipe:

Step 1: Open Settings

Launch Idle Reaper, log into your character, and click or tap the gear/settings icon on the main screen.

Step 2: Danger Zone

Scroll down to the Danger Zone section and select GDPR / Account Deletion.

Step 3: Verify Password

If your account uses a password, enter your current password to generate a secure re-confirmation token.

Step 4: Confirm Erasure

Type DELETE in the confirmation dialogue and press Confirm. Your data is instantly erased from active systems.

2 Method 2: Web & Email Deletion Request

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your account, you can submit a direct deletion request to our Data Protection Team:

Note: To prevent unauthorized deletion of accounts, requests sent by email must originate from the email address registered to the account. If you authenticated using Google Sign-In, please email from that corresponding Google account.

• Account Credentials: Email address, hashed passwords, and authentication tokens.
• Third-Party Links: Google Play Games, Apple ID, Steam, and Discord OAuth bindings.
• Gameplay Character Data: Level, skill trees, unlocked nodes, combat stats, and masteries.
• Virtual Items & Currencies: Inventory, equipped gear, bank storage, and Divine Token balances.
• Social Ties: Guild membership, friend lists, direct message history, and leaderboard rankings.

Data Retained & Rationale

• Financial & In-App Purchase Records: Google Play Order IDs and transaction validation tokens are retained to comply with mandatory statutory accounting, tax reporting, and anti-fraud regulations.
• Anonymized Telemetry: Aggregated, non-personally identifiable server telemetry logs (e.g. system performance logs).

Processing Timelines

In-App Deletion: Executed immediately upon user confirmation. All active sessions are terminated instantly and database unlinking is executed in an atomic transaction.

Email Requests: Processed within 30 days of identity verification in full compliance with GDPR Article 12 and Google Play Developer Policies.
