1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

These Terms of Service ("Terms" or "Terms and Conditions") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Techtronic Games (referred to as "the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Idle Reaper mobile application, web client, authoritative servers, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Service" or "Game").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. You represent that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction). If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access certain features and save your progress across devices, you may create an account using email or supported third-party providers (Google Play Games, Apple ID, Steam, Discord).

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree not to sell, trade, rent, or transfer your account or credentials to any third party.
• You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Virtual Currency & Virtual Goods (Divine Tokens)

The Game may allow you to earn or purchase limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licenses to use in-game virtual currencies (including Divine Tokens) and virtual items (gear, materials, cosmetics).

5. Code of Conduct & Fair Play

We are committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and enjoyable multiplayer environment for all players. You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:

• Cheating & Automation: Using third-party bots, auto-clickers, macro scripts, memory modifiers, speedhacks, or network injection tools to manipulate gameplay or gain unfair advantages.
• Exploit Abuse: Knowingly exploiting bugs, economy glitches, item duplication flaws, or database discrepancies. Discovered vulnerabilities must be reported promptly to support.
• Harassment & Disruptive Behavior: Engaging in hate speech, harassment, stalking, bullying, impersonating staff members, or spamming public/guild chat channels.
• Infrastructure Tampering: Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, DDoS, probe, or compromise our authoritative server infrastructure or APIs.

6. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to warn, temporarily suspend, or permanently terminate your account and revoke your access to the Game without prior notice if you violate these Terms or engage in illegal or harmful behavior.

You may terminate your account at any time via the in-game Settings menu or through our Account Deletion Portal.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game—including visual assets, animations, audio, character designs, code, storylines, trademarks, and logos—are the exclusive intellectual property of Techtronic Games. You receive a limited, revocable license to play the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Game is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure from latency or server outages during scheduled maintenance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techtronic Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or inability to access the Game.
